Herbed Grilled Salmon
Fresh salmon marinated in ginger, Ethiopian herbs, and tomato sauce. Served over Jasmine Rice and traditional Garden Salad.

An Ethiopian childhood favorite. Tender lamb morsels stewed in herb butter, red chili pepper known as “Berbere” and white onions. Served with Caribbean-styled Jasmine Rice & Beans, with a traditional Garden Salad.
