AARON RUBINSTEIN – 8PM & 10PM

“Aaron Rubinstein is a new jazz guitarist around the DC area with a joyful playing style that guarantees his audience a great time. Despite getting into jazz less that two years ago, Aaron is charging hard and studying with some of DC’s greatest jazz musicians, including Mike Stern, Paul Carr, the late Paul Wingo, Paul Bollenback, and many others. He has also been making his way around the scene, playing at places such as Smalls, Twins, Columbia Station, Dukem, HR 57, Dalahk, The Round House Theatre, and The Westminster Church. He will also be attending The New School in NYC in the fall, studying to get his bachelors degree in jazz guitar. Joining him at the bandstand this time will be Tyrone Allen II on bass and Christopher Latona on drums.”
