BATIDA DIFERENTE – 8PM & 10PM

Batida Diferente (A Different Beat) borrowed its name from the Durval Ferreira & Maurício Einhorn 60’s classic. A Jazz and Brazilian quartet of veteran DC-area performers, the band features originals, jazz classics with original lyrics and text settings, plus cool covers and fresh arrangements from off the beaten track.  Members are:
